What's the distance between the two holes and what's the size/inches of the screws for the holes ?

The holes are 90mm centres apart, they fit around an M5 bolt thread through the fixing holes and the countersinks are flush and will fit 9-10mm diameter screw heads inside. My own chair wasn't meant to be compatible but the headrest is fixed on with size12 countersink screws into the back of the chair.
