I still love you, Terry. I'll still buy whatever you put out there. But either you've gotten too fancy to listen to your editor, or your editor is too cowed to actually edit your books. We're your loyal readers. We're not idiots. If you tell us something, we listen, and we remember, so you don't have to tell us eighteen more times. Trust us.Your stories still sing. Your characters still touch our hearts and chill our souls. We love Richard and Kahlan to the end of the world. But you very nearly lost me in the first half of this one.It goes like this...Richard: Hey, there's something really bad happening! So just sit there while I explain for FIVE PAGES about how we have to hurry and do this thing right now before the badness happens!
