These cases were cheaper and it showed. The lock mechanism failed on the middle case, even though, like my purple set of cases which were brilliant, I set the locks the same way with the same number. Like my purple set, this was taken on holiday, got thrown around, but unlike the purple set, ended up with a dent in one of the corners. I paid £81.99 the purple ones which had corner shields on them and I paid £77.99 for these ones and they did not travel well, even though the price difference isn't that much, but there is obviously a big difference in the design, even though they are both made by Kono.

This comes in a box, then comes with a plastic bag. With plastic wrap around the handles. Unzip it, and the second suitcase is in plastic, with plastic wrapped around the handles. The smallest suitcase has even more plastic - by the time you have unwrapped everything you have enough plastic to make a fourth suitcase! However the wheels work, it turns, and there is no fault I can find, except the zipper can be a little bit fiddly. Just run a little bit of dry soap bar along the teeth of the zipper and it fixes itself.

Awful quality 1 trip and both large suitcase and medium both wheels broke! One when offloaded off the plane came broken and the other outside airport whilst being wheeled to the car for no reason as straight surface! Considering my previous set of 3 around half price lasted 3 years and still going this one needs now be thrown away!

It took a while for me to receive it after two weeks. But it’s worth the wait, it did not come damaged or anything. It’s the perfect size ad looks even prettier in person. I’ve always wanted a four wheeler luggage and spent months looking for the right one for me that’s cute and pretty. The chose the cream and black and my friends love it too, I’ve shared this link to them ❤️

I had shopped around and I was unable to find 3 suitcases for this price. Very good. I was impressed with colour and design. The only reason I haven't given them 5 stars is because we are yet to use them.

Took a trip to France with this new set and was impressed with 360 degree wheels. Makes travelling easier

One of the feet broke off while the suitcase was in transit on an aircraft, leaving two dangerously sharp screws exposed. Suitcase is now not waterproof. Will be seeking refund.

Good quality time will tell on its durability
