Okay this one i really have to build up, my wife was having some serious moments that were making my beautiful wife so upset and uncomfortable, it took about week for them to have a result but when they did they minimized her problems or removed them. And the price is not horrible.

I got this product to help with hot flashes and night sweats. Overall I feel they have Improved my hot flashes more than anything. I was consistent with taking twice a day when I started months ago, not so much now. I still feel better than I use to.

This product help me to have a monthly cycle which was not usually the case. However, once I stopped taking it I was back to square 1.
