Bought these for my 14 year old daughter for her school semi-formal. She loved showing folks her fancy socks.

I give my boyfriend socks for special occasions, and we are going to a black tie wedding this weekend so I wanted to get him tuxedo socks. I saw that the other designs had writing on the soles, but there was no real indication that these would. Imagine my surprise when I gave him the amazon package to open and he finds socks with GROOM on the soles. Not the way I’d like to propose, to say the least. I re-read the description after the fact and it is NOT clear enough that these say GROOM. There should be a picture of the soles like the other designs and it should be clearly stated in the description, after the detailed description of the tuxedo pattern.

I bought this for a gift basket. He loved them. Great material. Overall very pleased with the purchase.
