Spring Roll/Egg Roll Wrapper Tray (12pcs)

My wife was really excited to use these after having make-your-own summer rolls at our local Vietnamese restaurant. The trays make it super easy to prepare the wrappers and to fill the wrappers with the fixings. We didn't have a pot large enough to dip the trays in, but you can just run them under hot water for a few seconds (not sure exactly how long).

Works wonderfully. No more soggy rice paper.

I specially picked the blue color to match my house and I received the pink instead.

I normally have ten thumbs when attempting to to roll salad rolls. Now my two are adequate. I can whip these things out as though I'd been born in Saigon! Because these are designed like a rigid plastic sieve or screen they limit by 50% or more the amount of contact of dampened rice paper skin to your flat rolling surface(dish plate or cutting board). I can guarantee you will consider setting up a card table at a busy intersection and selling your awesome salad rolls for an extreme profit. Buy yourself a set and send one to someone else you know that loves the rolls, you'll both be truly happy!

The product has a very strong petrochemical smell and a CA Prop 65 carcinogen warning. Should not be used in foodstuff preparation in my opinion. I do not understand the many 5 star reviews. They must have tested a different product or have lost their sense of smell.

This set of trays makes it vey easy to properly soak and prepare multiple rice paper sheets at one time and have them ready to go for rolling. Care does need to be taken as a sheet may stick a little to the tray on top of it...just lift the tray off with care and you'll be good!
