I got lots of compliments on this gorgeous dress. I’m 5,7 - 160lbs (8-10) and it fell right above my knee. I am bigger in the chest so I wore a tank top under it and used a safety pin to help keep it closed - there is also a hook and eye to close it too. Light weight and flowy. Not sheer at all. Stretchy under bust and belt is separate so you can tie the bow how you like. I did mine at the back.Paired it with a red coat and clutch. Little black booties too. :)

This dress was a hit with everyone at my birthday party! It was so comfortable and I danced the whole night in it, the one down side is that it was a little too loose in the bust (I’m a 34C for reference) I played around with the dress and tucked in the excess under the belt to be comfortable in it and not flash the world but honestly it was a great dress and I’m sure some fashion tape could have helped me out too! Also it does have a little less ruffles than the dress on the model and the balloon sleeves are not see through. Overall I loved this dress and I’m happy with the purchase!

I really wanted to love this dress. The material is lightweight but the bust area is loose and too big. I would’ve had to pin it closed. I’m a 36C The bottom of the dress was not as pictured. It was almost boxy and uneven. It does fit true to size. I got the large and it fit fine other than the flaws in the bust and the bottom. The color is nice. Almost a faded black. Pretty design just didn’t work for me.

Ok since I read every review possible before purchasing I figured I’d offer my advice from my experience. I’m 5’8 and 165-168 depending on the day. I got the 12/14 size after reading reviews thinking the 10 would be too small. Well the 12/14 was too big, it looked like a grandma church outfit on me and was not flattering at all. I stared for a while wondering if I could make it work cus I was scared of the smaller Size being too short. I need this for a holiday party so I sucked it up and got the 10 and thought if anything I’ll return both and run to Ross or something. Thankfully the 10 fit MUCH BETTER. Not too short, not tight, flattering. My only tiiiinnny thing is that the sleeves seem slightly too short for my long arms but it’s not that bad. I didn’t take a pic of the 12/14 one but the pic attached is me in the 10. I can’t remember if it was called 10/12 or not so I just called it 10, can’t go back and look cus I typed this whole thing out haha either way the label on the 10/12 dress says M so I guess it’s going by the size chart. Also the ruffles may need to be ironed or steamed down cus they kind of fluffed out in the first pic. Good luck!

Ladies- you need this dress! It is beautiful and you can’t beat the price! I ordered a small and medium because I wasn’t sure after reading reviews. I went with the medium because it’s a tiny bit longer. I’m 5’8 128lbs lean build. This dress is short on me but not too short that I feel uncomfortable. If you are over 5’10 it will probably be too short for you. I’m a 36c but the chest area was still a little loose & revealing so I will use fashion tape or wear a bandeau bra when I wear.

Very flattering. I read through the reviews before purchasing to try and figure out the correct size. I’m 5’8 and 140lbs so I decided to go with a medium. The top is very low cut but I will wear a cute bralette under. I will say that the bottom half is very generous in size. So while I think a small would have been too little on the top (36 D), I definitely could have done a small on the bottom half. Overall, it’s a very cute dress.

The fabric pattern is lovely and the fabric is thin but not see through. I just didn't like the cut. It made me feel frumpy with everything feeling like it was hanging off my body. Not flattering and I'm returning it.

It's an unusual dress that reminds me of a bathrobe in some ways. The material is light, and the body of the dress isn't sheer at all - I do not feel the need to wear a slip with it. I will say that there is absolutely no stretch or give, so make certain to take your measurements before order this dress, and order accordingly (if you do so, the dress will fit as expected). With that said, I've got a few compliments on it; all in all I think it's one of my better buys from Amazon in terms of clothing.
