Not as heavyweight as one would like
Very cute bookends, good detail and quality made, however they are not as heavyweight as I thought. Whilst they hold large amount of kid books okay, they do tend to slide when you take books out. Saying that, they're probably heavier than most other children's bookends. They are also darker in shade than they come across in the pictures. Still pretty, but I was expecting them to be a bit more colourful.
