National Artcraft Oil Burner Lamp Making Kit is Pre-Wired

I like and it replaced the one that I had in my bathroom, however for my particular lamp the fitting was too small for the lamp and when I took the main fitting off the lamp was to small to screw into the old fitting. I didn't know there were different sizes and that's my bad. the switch is a little stiff (hopefully it will ease up with use) over all I love it and I would recommend it to others

The switch on my decades old Oil Burner Lamp had been defective (though usable) for a long time when I finally lost my patience with the problem. My first search for a replacement was on Amazon and I found this one immediately. When reading reviews, I saw one noting that the knob did not match the original oil lamp wick style but fortunately the old one had that style and I just switched them out. It took longer to wash the chimney and base than to change the assembly....... easy.

Thank you for selling this product! While not really designed for the type of burner we have on our victorian parlor lamp (our threaded area is of larger diameter), we were able to make it work by adding some material and are very happy that we can now use it for light without puffing oil smoke from two burning wicks! Not to mention the light is much brighter. Here are some photos

I electrified an oil lamp that I was afraid to use with a flame because I have cats that like to jump up on the desk where the lamp sits, especially when the flame was dancing and enticing them. They no longer have any interest because the light from the bulb is steady. And the lamp looks just as good and the light is brighter, too.

The electric burner arrived on time and was as advertised. It works fine. I'd have given 5 stars if they hadn't put a cheesy-looking plastic knob on the switch instead of something more consistent with the antique appearance of the burner.

I have had these oil lamp converters for about 4 months now and they work great! Easy to install and uninstall if need be, to go back to oil. Easy to turn the switch off and on. The cord is long enough to plug in if using for night stand light.

I purchased the Oil Lamp Converter because the socket in my lamp was faulty. I couldn't get a replacement socket so I got the whole unit. The unit works fine I just wish a replacement socket with the extended switch ws available.
