My cholesterol stayed at 315 for years. I took Bergamot for 4-5 months, then my doctor took another cholesterol test, which was 279 with NO CHANGES IN DIET, NO NOTHING, JUST BERGAMOT. It works. Just started taking so will give it a try it came on time and was packaged nice seems like a good product bought this product because of the great reviews for lowering cholesterol so will see over time if it works great value at a good price and good quality easy to swallow with no after taste like the fact it has all natural ingredients and less expensive then most with no bad smell to it I'm trying to avoid statin drugs prescribed by my doctor no thank you!

Giving this a 5⭐️ for the delivery and packaging. Now, I took 1 today without the capsule. So basically, I put the powder straight up and drank water. My throat isn’t really good with capsule because it takes so long to dissolve and its very uncomfortable to be able to feel there is something stuck in your throat the whole damn daw. So, I took one and minutes later I felt like my sugar lowered down coz I felt like the acid took over my body and ate all the energy I had. I felt the sudden hunger and hand shaking. You know the feeling when you are starving? Or maybe I was… not sure, but I will try again tomorrow and see if I will be having that feeling again. If I do I might just give up…

This product may have improved or lowered my Chloresterol level by at least 20 points. I prefer a natural product rather than statins with all their side effects.

No side effects- like the fact that it is one capsule per day- hopeful that it wil have a positive impact on my blood work going forward

In 1 month I reduced my cholesterol by 20 points! I did eat less processed & dairy foods also, and within 2 months I lost 15 lbs & reduced my overall bad cholesterol without even really trying (meaning I didn't keep track of what I ate, just not eating boxed stuff, & switched from whole milk to coconut Non-dairy milk. I still had my daily, organic egg!). Definitely give this a try. My doctor was amazed (& happy)

Did not help lower my cholesterol. In fact it went up.

I always have to start with half doses to make sure I can tolerate a supplement. Seems to have boosted my energy and helping my sleep. Won’t know about cholesterol levels till next blood test in a few months.
