Although I swear by the inglot pot liner I have to say I like this a touch better! Easy to use! Easy to smoke out! Love it!

Does Not last at all for waterline
I ordered because i read it was phenomenal for the waterline ---joke's on me. Unsure how it is other than for the waterline

Great for water lining
This is a lovely soft black. I usually use it on my upper waterline. It will transfer to the lower lid no matter how long you keep your lids from touching, but you can easily remove the color that has transferred. It stays all day and makes your eyes look enormous! The only downside is that there is a learning curve when sharpening. Buy the best sharpener available.

Best eyeliner ebe
This gel pencil eyeliner, applied in the morning, doesn’t budge all day. Waterproof and smudge proof, intense pigment. The only eyeliner that I know of that glides on smoothly and stays put.
