Excellent product, works well. I find these sachets so much easier to use than to swallow tablets. Good value for money,. Ideal product for colds, Flu or headache.

They really help flu symptoms
Initially too bitter for me but much more palatable with a little honey.I never take painkillers as a rule, but flu that knocked me off my feet for two weeks and left me still weak and in pain for a further two weeks broke my resolve.I took one sachet a day and survived!!!

Soothing pain relief
Very soothing and comforting when you have germs. Reduces temperature and calms symptoms, especially if you take regularly. Would recommend.

BEST cold medicine on the market.
I prefer tablets, but my husband is unable to swallow pills, so being able to buy a liquid alternative is fantastic. He likes making it as a hot drink before bed. Lemsip has been his bedtime ritual during cold and flu season the entire 31 years we've been married. I was excited to see the Blackcurrant flavor for him as it's his favorite.
