The mats seem robust, they fit my Kia Niro hybrid 2. They look great and are simple to clean. Wash down and hang to dry. BUT they stink. I thought the smell would dissipate if I left them outside. After 2 weeks partly in the conservatory and also the garden the smell reduced, but was still fairly strong. Eventually I used a cloth with hand soap to rub them down. The cloth removed a black residue and reduced the smell. I installed them in the car on a trial basis. At first I had to open the windows frequently and I noticed that the chemical smell seemed to trigger slight asthma in me from which I quickly recovered with the windows open. A few more days and a faint tincture remains which dissipates with an open window. I intend to try another soapy scrub, and hope things will improve.I think the volatile stuff leaches out of the surface in the warm sun, but then it evaporates rather slowly releasing the smell.. It then is best removed by washing in soapy water. A few cycles of warming for a few hours then washing is probably the quickest way to remove the smell.I have given 4 stars because I really like these mats in every other way. Traditional carpet mats might look more luxurious at first, but I hate the way they trap the dirt so you can never get them really clean. These look tidy smart and practical. So I am inclined to persevere and hope to overcome the problem without having to return them, because in the long run I think they will be worth the trouble.

I have a Kira Niro 2020 and I just placed the mats on the floor and they were a perfect fit. They felt durable and steady. Value for money.

These mats for Kia Nero are amazing. They slot into the grooves on floor. No riding up when driving. Better value than ordering from Kia.Would highly recommend

The rubber mats fitted perfectly. The mats smelt of rubber for the first few weeks but that smell (that isn't unpleasant in the first place) soon disappeared.

These absolutely stunk so strongly there is absolutely no way I'm going to put them in my brand new niro. The smell of chemicals and rubber is so overwhelming, they went straight to to tip. What a waste of money.
