Each morning after using this product ( 3 days) my glucose reading was high. I stopped using after 3 days and my readings returned to normal. I always wake up to minor pain ( thanks to prescribed medication) , but using this product increased my pain. I stopped using this product and my pain levels returned to previous tolerable levels.
