This is an incredibly nifty little device that precisely and neatly dispenses the perfect amount of espresso grounds regardless of the size of your Moka pot. I was a bit worried before purchasing that this wouldn't fit my 1-cup Moka pot, as the bottom of the device isn't pictured in the product listing. I'm attaching a photo of it here, and I'm pleased to report that it does in fact work for all sizes of Moka pots including the 1-cup (see inner white ring that is covered in espresso residue). The first few times I used the dozer, it took a bit of adjusting to get it positioned properly over my Moka pot, but after that I've gotten it easily every time. The bottom lid does fit pretty snugly, so I don't usually close it tightly. In my opinion, having the convenience of this device sure beats the mess and wastage from having to spoon espresso in by hand!

I discovered the Dosa Caffe in Italy at a friend's home. You fill it with espresso coffee and then place it on top of your moka, turn the knob and it releases the perfect dose of coffee. You only need to fill it with coffee about every two weeks - but that depends on your need for coffee. I was pleased to find one in the USA. This one is more attractive and modern looking than those found in Italy - but they work just the same. It is simpler and less messy than filling with a spoon....

Well, it sorta works as stated. I’ve been searching a little to find the correct grind size and have been using my standard espresso grind size. I feel like the coarser size is still too fine for this dispenser. The return on the knob resists coming back to center and I have to give it some oomph. Even after 5-10 times, my Bialetti doesn’t fill completely. I’ve even tried turning the base after each knob turn. I noticed today that I am getting grinds coming out of my knob and, in general, some grinds get stuck in the opening of the funnel and falls onto counter. I’ll try an even coarser grind to see if the fill gets better but a bit annoyed with grinds coming out of the knob. It does save time and keeps my coffee fresh-ish. Speeds things up a lot too and looks better than what I had my grinds in before it.

I've been looking for something like this for a long time and this product is great! I love that I can fill my Bialetti and not make a mess! Great purchase!

If you use a stovetop espresso maker like I do every single day this item is an absolute necessity save so much time and makes the process so much cleaner and easy. I wish I had bought this sooner

there is a void between the dispensing mechanism and the bottom of the container. as a result, stale espresso grinds stuck there and may dispense with the fresh grounds. i do not recommend this product.

Perfect little machine for a mess free morning of moka pot filling.

Conserva perfettamente il caffè, è economico, resistente e veloce da usare, comodo da pulire. Contiene esattamente una confezione di caffè sotto vuoto, praticissimo quindi fare le dosi. Consiglio di appoggiarlo su un piatto di plastica anzichè usare il coperchio inferiore, che è molto comodo per trasportare il dosatore, ma un po' duro da aprire.

Funktioniert einwandfrei auch mit unterschiedlich großen Espressokochern. (Ich verwende Maschinen von Bialetti, 4 bzw. 2 Tassen) Bedienung ist simpel, und es geht auch nichts daneben. Schaut auch edel und hochwertig aus.

Ich nutze für meine Dolce Gusto wiederbefüllbare Kapseln. Eine echte sau Arbeit. Mit der Dose einfach und sauber: Kapsel zwischen Zeigefinger und Mittelfinger festhalten, an den passenden Vertiefungen unter der Dose halten (die silbernen Kugeln hatte ich angeklebt. Sind aber nicht nötig), die Dose mit Daumen und kleinen Finger festhalten und mit der anderen Hand den Drehschalter nicht ganz drehen. Kaffee etwas andrücken - fertig. Es muy util.tengo otro pero esta roto y es practico para no ensuciar.La pega es que la manivela es pequeña pero suficiente,seria mejor una manivela mas grande
