The fit was very comfortable and easy to use. I used this to train for a High Altitude hunting trip and it worked very well. I used this during my daily workouts and noticed a tremendous improvement in my lung capacity.

Definitely feel like it is lighter than it looks, which is helpful. Also, the ability to change the dial on the sides is very helpful in regulating how much oxygen you are receiving.
