The Everything Kids' Presidents Book: Puzzles, Games and Trivia - for Hours of Presidential Fun (black & white)

Great for a school unit, especially for primary grades. Okay for school aged child who loves presidents. My choice was off.

My son couldn't read enough about the presidents after starting to learn about them at school (2nd grade). This book was perfect for him. There is just enough information about each president with fun and interesting facts about each as well. It is good for anyone who may want to know a little about each president or to maybe spark and interest in learning about the presidents. My son read through it in a weekend (really, couldn't get enough)! The book is an easy read. Depending on a child's reading level an end of the year first grader could read this but I think it could hold anyone's interest.

My kids learned a great deal about the presidents with this book. It has activities that kept them interested. However, as we progressed through the book we noticed that it was written in a way that very much so painted a rosy picture of the Democrats while trying to make most of the Republicans look like incompetent morons. Some of the things that it said about George W Bush highly offended my 11 year old son. Not a total waste of money-they did learn things about the presidents. They just began to question if all the information was accurate.

This series for kids is a great way of giving them the information in a way that makes learning fun. My 8yr old grandson's favorite subject is history,so this book about the Presidents of the United States, was a great choice for him. This format makes it fun and intesting, and there are plenty of word puzzles, and games that kids love to do.Susan in Texas

All of these last items purchased: The EVERYTHING KIDS PRESIDENTS Book, The President's Stuff etc. All of these items were gifts for my 5 year old Grandson. They live in Granite City. I bought because i felt he could be learning while still having fun.As far as the items from my perspective: it was everything I anticipated it would be.

The "Easter Bunny" nailed it with this one. My son is crazy for Presidents and maps so I jumped right on this. He loves wowing everyone with the trivia he's found in this book.I myself was impressed with the style of the book. I currently have "The Everything Tween Book" on my nightstand!

If you’re looking for an unbiased book of facts, this is NOT it. The author shows a clear bias towards certain presidents and speaks negatively about others. I would not recommend this book.

I am a Canadian, trying to learn some American History. I really loved this book, not only was it fun to read, but it was very interesting.
