All of her teeth are through except for her canines, which are coming through, and she has been chewing on a toothbrush. I thought she could use something that is similar to chew on.The positive: she absolutely loves chewing on the cactus’s bristles. She will chew on this instead of her toothbrush happily. She has used it day in and day out for two weeks, since it arrived. The string is a good length, so that she can get at the cactus, but no hazard to her neck. The beads are a nice touch, and she chews them too. The clip holds onto her clothing securely, she can’t get it off, but is easy for an adult to remove.The negative: the silicone is quite soft. This is probably good for gums, however it means that my daughter is able to bite the bristles of the central cactus arm right off, and she has nearly swallowed one: we got it out of her mouth just before she managed to swallow.Update: she managed to bite off several more bristles, swallowed one, and got another stuck between her teeth.
