4 stroke. You can always tell by the pipe. All 2 strokes will have a real big fat curved pipe. Look where it comes out of motor. 4 stroke will be straight and even. The 2 stroke will come out get real fat then small again to tip.

How much is pre assemble? Or will I have to assemble all of it?

pre assembly is minimal. Handlebars need be installed. Front forks with front wheel. Someone with only basic tool skills can do it. Having a spare set of hands does help.

300 lbs. I am 220 and the suspension handles me just fine.
