The product was delivered when they said it would be. The sweatshirt is comfortable (per my husband) and the quality is good. I think it is an excellent product affordably priced. I would definitely order from them again and am very happy with my purchase.

I need a custom hoodie to be delivered within a week. Quality of this item and the printing exceeded my expectations especially in such a short period of time!

I love it but the picture I chose to place on it is really faded so kind of disappointed in that but I like it!

Just great! Shipping was quick. I couldn’t help but smile when I opened up the box & got the first look at our two custom sweatshirts for my husband & myself. I had uploaded a photo & the image on our sweatshirts came out perfect. We had numerous compliments & requests for information as to where we had placed our order. The blue sweatshirt colors (his royal blue & mine Carolina blue) were exactly as depicted on the website. We had sized up on both sweatshirts to be sure we would have plenty of room for layering. We knew we would be outside all day. We wore our sweatshirts as our outer layer over regular t-shirts on a mild New England morning in early November. They were plenty warm until the sun went down. As expected, & we had prepared for, we each put on our additional long sleeve layer underneath for added warmth. The upsizing allowed for the sweatshirts to remain comfortable without any pulling or sense of bulkiness around the shoulders or arms. This provided the needed warmth & comfort to get us through the remainder of the event. I did not wash the sweatshirts prior to wearing them. However, they did have fold wrinkles from being shipped which I wanted to remove. I addressed this by misting each one of them with water using a plant, water spray bottle & putting them, one at a time in a warm, not hot dryer with a fabric softener sheet for about ten minutes. (No other items in the dryer) I removed each one when it was still warm & hung it up on a hanger. This worked great to remove those unwanted wrinkles. They both looked fresh & new, no piling, no damage to the image. The woman who was in charged of the event was so in awe & impressed with our sweatshirts that I just placed a new order for a sweatshirt for her, as she had put so much time & effort into preparing for the main event. We will be happy to present it to her at the upcoming follow-up event as a gift of appreciation for all the time, effort & commitment she had put into planning & executing over the past months which made the event such a complete success. Ok, the first photo is when I just received it in the mail & the second photo is what they looked like after I washed them on cold with light detergent & no softener. Also, I did not put them in the dryer at all, I hung them up so they could air dry.Now, I created the design myself and I must say that it came out better than expected. The only issue I had was that they came really big. I ordered three large thinking they were going to be the regular large size but I honestly could have went down a size or two so that they could fit. I ordered three because two were gifts and they were way bigger than all three of us. So, now we can’t wear them out like I'd planned but maybe I’ll order them again in a smaller size or just suck it up and either wear them big or cut them into cropped hoodies. We'll see.

Very cheaply ironed on.. haven’t worn it once, let alone wash or anything yet. The lettering I would say, is a good 25% faded just because the equipment im sure there using just doesn’t cut it. It actually looks a lot better in the pictures, but in no way in any degree should a brand new black hoodie, with white lettering, you’d think it’d be the best contrast and make the letters pop above any other color combination. My white letters came brand new fresh out the box already faded and even missing color and spotting unfortunately. Normally, I don’t care. I don’t do “reviews” and if I do, there positive. Only reason I took the time to write this negative review, is because of the customer service..like I said, I know the risk of ordering something custom from a vendor on Amazon. I know if it’s poor quality, it’s just the name of the game, and I just know not to order from them again. No big deal.. this time, I politely messaged the seller, asking if there was a very easy and simple way to maybe, “just maybe” figure out an alternative, not necessarily a return or even exchange. Just spitballed a couple of ideas I was still interested in if possible; and if it wasn’t, I understood, and still asked if all else fails, is a return possible on an item that I had already customized that the vendor would never be able to use again.ANYWAY, I got no response, zero communication in return. So I put in a return request, and it still has yet to be accepted. Total butt head. I will ask Amazon to hopefully force a return back from MR Butt Crust. A simple no. Or sorry we can’t, or ANYTHING, could of prevented this negative review. Simply communicating, even to let me down, would of just made me eat the total of what I even paid, don’t remember, that’s how little it is about “scamming” the seller in anyway. Why can’t people just NOT be- BUTTCRACKODILES :)

Nice quality hoodie. Printing is adequate, the color saturation is light and appears faded. Just how it is. if the colors had better saturation and presented brighter, then a solid 5.
