Sparkly Silver Pinwheels Pin Wheel Holographic Spinners Whirl Reflective Pinwheel Scare Birds Away for Garden Party Lawn Kids Decor (Set of 8)

The media could not be loaded.  These pinwheels are much studier than the ones commonly for sale in spring. I've never assembled one before, but it was easy (see video). I'm trying to keep away morning doves and really hope they work! They're very sparkly and don't feel cheap. I like that I can configure them in different ways to meet my needs. However, I wouldn't go taller than 3 sticks (~8 inches each) in height because they start to sway in the wind.

Mine only turned when there is a lot of wind, so they basically never turn. Also way too short.

We bought these in hopes to keep birds away from our berries in our garden. We have still had some strawberries pecked at, but still a lot more that have not been. Easy to assemble, my husband and 8 year old put them together. They have withstood a few strong thunderstorms and high winds. Would recommend

These are better than I expected. Not too difficult to assemble (check out the video another person shared on this page) and lasted way longer than I thought they would. I used them outside around my blackberries last year to help keep the birds away. I assumed they would go to the trash at the end of the season but the pinwheels were in great condition so I kept them inside over the winter. The red & yellow plastic pieces are slightly faded from the sun but that’s the only sign of wear. Today I put the pinwheels back outside and am ordering another set for my expanded berry patch!

They work well for keeping the birds from hitting my picture window and that makes me happy.

Confusing written instructions. Here’s a picture of one assembled. 1. Flat yellow disk 2. Pinwheel blades placed in order. 3. Other yellow piece with stem facing inward. 4. Flower accent 5. red cap. Slide the blades through the yellow stem. 5. Press the flat yellow disk onto the yellow stem.

Item described accurate - once it's put together - which it is not on arrival. Of course I didn't read all the details in description/instructions. However even though my husband asked if they came assembled I thought well how hard could it be. Probably not IF THERE HAD BEEN INSTRUCTIONS INCLUDED!!!!! Thankful for the VERY helpful video a lady had placed on how to assemble! After assembly I gotta say, these work great! I think they'll do a good job at keeping away birds from my garden. I bought these particular ones over others for the silver only color and the price - who knew pinwheels were pricey. As I said though if they do their job they'll be worth it and they do work once assembled. The only reason I'm giving 3 stars is because of the no instructions.

I have tried everything to keep the birds out of me cherry tree, blueberry bushes as well as my garden. I read reviews on here and decided to give it a try. No more bird netting for me. This worked really really well. It also keeps the birds out of the patio now. I would recommend the spinners to everyone. “HINT” when you put together use a dab of crazy glue so that the stick doesn’t come apart. I also used 3/8” pvc cut them in different sizes stuck in ground and put the spinner in on top that way they spin in all directions with the wind.
