Will this hose also work on the Big Green 86t3? Thanks.

Yes It will but there is a small screw that prevents the attachment from being removed even when pressing the release button - removal of the screw will allow the attachment to be removed from the hose. (zoom the photo is is just above where the spray comes out). I have an older attachment from another bissell that fits this hose just fine.

Is this hose used to curtain cleaning ?

The Bissell hose and upholstery tool is used to clean anything from furniture, spots on the carpet, interior of a automobile, and basically anything. I have never tried cleaning curtains. I have always washed curtains in the washing machine or get them dry cleaned if that is how it's recommended to be cleaned.

Can you use other bissell attachment tools with this hose?

No. The attachment is integrated with the hose.
