I wasn’t sure about buying a hat online, but I am so pleasantly surprised! It is a nice sturdy/stiffened felt material (not plasticky like some I’d seen), and it’s so cute on! Just the right color too. The feathers and bow are fun and bold, but if you want to play with customizing the top (I may to make it more vintage), you’d have a nice affordable base to start with too!
