I just wrote a bad review. The mistake was mine. I ought to have read the instructions on the cartridge wrapper. Having changed the filter, I needed to reset the indicator light so that it now glows green.With my own mistake corrected, this now works perfectly as designed, my wife is happy and off my back, and I am happy to give a comfortable five stars.
