Great quality Financiers mold
A perfect size for individual Financiers. They turn out perfectly and clean up is easy. Best used on a cookie sheet for stability.

Make sure you are getting an authentic product!
These molds are great for baking, but make sure that what you receive is the real thing. I originally purchased this item from a third party merchant and received a knockoff with fillers (not 100% silicone). A mold that is 100% silicone should *not* turn white when folded or pinched. The seller was gracious and allowed a return with a full refund, but I would rather avoid the hassle of a return to begin with. I purchased it again, this time directly from Amazon, and found that for this particular brand, the mold comes in a plastic bag that is tagged with a Silikomart label, and the mold itself is stamped with the Silikomart logo on the underside. Also, the "real"/genuine mold does not change colour at all when pinched or folded. With silicone bakeware it seems that you really do get what you pay for, and the too-good-to-be-true cheap ones are likely to have fillers that I would rather not risk using for goods that will be eaten.

I would highly recommend this product...reasonably priced! Easy to use, easy to clean and produces quality end results every time...but always remember that no matter what you do practice makes perfect and whether you are a novice or a professional having quality tools (cases/ whisk/ drill whatever!) make the difference to what you are trying to make. As I said previously, I highly recommend these cases!

Molto utile per creare monoporzioni. Sconsiglio di metterlo in lavastoviglie o di utilizzare detergenti troppo forti, potrebbe restare l'odore. Comunque non resta mai molto sporco e si lava molto facilmente sotto acqua corrente.
