One log broken when it arrived and logs don't really cover the burners very well
I would say this fire log kit is adequate, but burns are too exposed to look real nice

Sent back..one log was broken...was too small for our fireplace. Quality of logs was good tho

Buyer beware!
We really liked this fireplace set upon installation. Worked great for the three times it was used last winter. Tried to start is a few weeks ago just to ensure all would be good for this winter and it’s already not working. Contacted the seller and they would not return since it’s been more than 90 days. Who buys a fireplace set expecting that the warranty is only 90 days - for an item that should last YEARS! Seller wouldn’t even offer an exchange for the same item. So disappointed. Do not purchase from this seller. They are third party selling on Amazon. Amazon cannot offer assistance or guarantee due to this.
