W&N oil paint is certainly not the highest quality, and depending on one’s perspective, there may be several points of criticism. However, W&N’s strength lies in the consistency of its quality. There are, of course, other premium brands made with higher-grade materials that W&N does not offer, but to me, W&N is the most standard, good-value paint.
