I have over two acres and 4 dogs. If I don’t pay close enough attention to them, eventually they will wonder off on a adventure. My wife wanted to get the invisible fence but that started around $6000, so I said let’s try this pet control HQ system. So I got the system and before burying the wire I laid it all out and tested the system and it work like it was suppose to. I placed all the flags and started training my dogs. A simple correction and they new not to leave the yard. Now I just have to hit the beep function on the remote and they all come running, waging their tails. I couldn’t say enough nice things about this system. I bought a third collar, and now I’m going to buy a fourth Collar.

We ordered it as an additional collar to go with the one we got with the PetControlHQ invisible fence with remote control and collar, as we have 2 labrador retrievers. Initially, following the instructions in the manual, I had some difficulty getting it to pair with the remote control, but after I called their support they were prompt in walking me through the process with a couple of details that weren't emphasized in the manual (actually pointing the remote antenna to and touching the round light on the side of the collar), after which it paired in short order.We've had no problems with it, and it really is amazing how quickly you get results from dogs using these as trainers. We never had to set it higher than 2 (on a 1-10 range) to get results from our dogs, and 95% of the time just beeping the collar is enough to deter them from an unwanted action....in our case, chasing cars and going bananas everytime a neighbor drives by. They've had it out in rain and shine without issues.I was very happy to find a trainer remote with collars that also work with an invisible fence system. You'd think there'd be more out there, but there really aren't a lot of options, although there are lots of invisible fences, and lots of training e-collars. Just not much that combines them both for whatever reason.

We professionally installed the fence we ordered extra wire to fence in about 3 acres of our property at first it seemed the fence worked as it should after a few days we charged the collars keep in mind we bought 2 extra for a total of 4 for all our pups well it seems either the box isnt putting out a strong enough frequency or the collars do not pick up the frequency anymore. Its hit or miss if the collars work when dogs go over boundaries. The line was trenched 3" depth and not covered for a fear of something like this happening so we went back and checked our line multiple times no hard bends, cuts or breaks is good. The continuous loop light is still on the transmitter box but for whatever reason collars are not consistent. After paying over 500$ for the 2 collar kit, Extra wire and 2 extra collars im not impressed! Hopefully they can attempt to make it right.

First I couldn’t pair it with the remote. I called costumer service and they called me back. Got great help from them and now the collar is up and running with the controller.

First - the product works as intended - there are different modes of operation and the battery charge lasts according to the mode. You also must learn how to use the collar modules in order to connect and disconnect from the hand-held unit remote.Mode 1- two flashed every few seconds / Using wireless fence only / Battery lasts ~ 9 daysMode 2 - one flash every few seconds. / using both remote and wireless fence / Battery lasts ~ 3 daysRemember to hold the button over five seconds to turn unit off or on: Turn off before chargingHold the button for ~ 3-4 seconds, as soon an the charge led turns red - let-go and the mode will change (1 or 2)Now about the Pet Control HQ company support:I have only found two awesome companies that FULLY stand by their product and will be extremely fair and prompt when trying to contact. This is one of them.Yesterday they called me three times before I answered the phone and the representative was awesome. They are sending me two units for the price of one in order to stand by their product.If ever I need anything else from them.

Purchased the 2 collar system a few months back. We got a third dog and needed to purchase another collar. It doesn't come with a charger so if I want to charge all 3 collars every night I can't.

Simple installation. The transmitter doesn’t take up a bunch of room. This unit got struck by lightning and exploded. I order another transmitter and the company called me to make sure I didn’t need just a power cord to try and save me money. Solid company and solid product.

This system has worked great for our 18 and 38 pound dogs. We live in town with a yard just under an acre, and this system keeps both dogs in our yard, safe from traffic. I had one small issue with a collar and customer service was incredible in their promptness and professionalism.
