I've been using these gummiea for my son for years. Its the only slept gummy he will eat and they make him tired and relaxed within 15-30 minutes. I like that they're mostly natural ingredients. Has been nice to control my sleep a bit. Though I have to take at exactly 7:15pm or it won't work and I tend to build up a slight resistance when I take constantly. It helps me sleep when my ADHD causes me to have insomnia.

Turns out I have a serious insomnia Where I can’t get to sleep till 4-5 am then drop off for 3 hours and suffer all the next day. I also stop breathing for seconds at a time. This product does nothing for the stop in breathing for that you need a CPAP. I was taking Lunesta but it stoped working after 7 years. I was desperate to sleep. However After withdrawal from Lunesta I decided to take the full dose of 3mg Olly I had been taking 1 gummy which did not work for me. Well 2 gummies worked till 2-3 am. I then added a single Motrin Pm. That got me through the night most nights. It was a good sleep. But I needed more. The sleep doctor prescribed 10 mg Ambien but it was way to much I had hangover. I cut the pill to 2-3 mg’s and that was perfect no hangover. I get to sleep and when I awaken to go to the john I get back to sleep. 5 stars but its to early, will it continue to work? I’ll be so happy if it continues to work. Summary for my severe insomnia fix. Sleep all night wake refreshed. 3mg of Olly 2 gummies. 1/2 hour before sleep 1 Motrin pm 1/2 hour before sleep 2mg Ambien generic name Zolpidem no hangover if I awake between 2-4am and can’t get back. 1 in 3 nights.

I would enquire about an expiration date before purchase. I purchased these and they arrived March, 27th 2026. Their expiration date is September, 07 2026. I usually just purchase the travel size ones at my local store for purposes due to work but don't take them everyday. Those are quite soft and easy to chew, these not so much. I wanted them as a means to refill my travel size bag but not sure how long they'll last before they're trying to break my teeth. I had purchased a bulk of the Happy gummies a few years ago and lasted fresh so long that I decided to give these a try. It was quite a disappointment to say the least. I like the resealable bags as the plastic containers don't seal very well, keeping them fresh for a shorter use of time. That being said, they're less strong than melatonin tablets or sleep aids which I like because there's no grogginess, which affects my overall mood for the day, and I use these for work as mentioned before. I do get a nice restful sleep which I like and they don't taste gross.

Bought this as a refill pack after finishing the bottle I bought initially. Works great and effect kicks in about 30mins after consumption. Really helped my sleep, I wake up less at odd hours in the morning and even if I do I can go back to sleep more easily.
