Yogi Tea Herbal Stress Relief, Honey Lavender 16 ct

I bought this tea after remembering a honey lavender blend from another brand that I loved years ago and believe has since been discontinued. When I came across this Yogi tea, I decided to give it a try—and I’m really glad I did. The flavor is smooth and well-balanced. I especially enjoy it with added honey (any kind works well). I find it very relaxing to drink—not because I think it has a strong calming effect on its own, but because the warmth and flavor feel soothing and comforting. I prefer my tea on the stronger side, so I usually use two tea bags in an 8–12 oz cup, though one bag would be fine for an 8 oz serving. I purchased the four-pack and expect I’ll go through it quickly. Overall, I’m very pleased with the flavor, value, and presentation, and I would definitely buy this tea again.

As usual Yogi has hit it out the park! Do they make any tea that isn't good? I am starting to think they are like the best tea company ever!! I have never had an issue with quality or taste. It is always fresh and never weak. They use quality ingredients and the combinations for your health are endless. I bought this to drink while at work and in the evening around bed time. When I am feeling stressed I just make a cup and sip on it. I don't even need to add any sweeteners. It is just that good!! It has a great lavender aroma and slightly sweet taste. It soothes me and helps put me at ease. You will want to keep a box at work and at home like I do. If you are a Yogi tea fan you get it, and if you are not, well just order this and you will forever be changed! I love good teas, and this is a good tea without breaking the bank like some other names do out there. This is quickly becoming one of my favorite teas. I use the lemon ginger green tea by yogi for sour stomachs, works like a charm. I drink a lot of hot tea and buy several different brands. This is my favorite and is the best price on Amazon. The flavor is excellent and helps me wind down in the evening.

So this tea doesn't smell like lavender but it sure does have the calming effects that lavender does! You can be having the worst day and know that it's going to be very hard to sleep. All you need to do is brew of a cup of this and you will feel a little of that stress go away as you drink it. There is something about the smell and taste that just relaxes you. From the moment you open the tea bag and smell just how good the tea bag smells, the relaxing process has begun. Next, you'll notice on your tea bag that it has a little encouraging or enlightening statement on each teabag end, you never really know what the bag will say, but you will know that it's probably a thought of positively that you needed to hear. Once you brew the tea,you'll really start to get in the mood and your tastebuds will begin to crave the delicious liquid that awaits. Don't drink it quite yet, it's probably a bit too hot and also tastes best if you let it steep for 2-3 minutes longer. After you have practiced your patience, it's time to decide if you want honey or sugar in your tea, or if you just want to have it without any. I think it tastes perfectly sweet without any sweeteners of any kind, and many times before bed ,I will drink it with nothing added. If I drink it in the middle of the day i'll add some honey to treat myself. Now that your tea is brewed and ready to drink, it's time to choose a relaxing activity while you drink it. I recommend reading, meditation, or just a calm movie. That's the yogi stress experience in my opinion. I've been drinking this tea for years and I'll keep drinking it for many, many more. I drink it mainly for stress but also take it when I'm traveling and will be staying in an unfamiliar place like a hotel room where I know it will be more difficult to get s good nights sleep. Expert tip: If you drink this tea combined with lavender essential oils either in a diffuser or on your pillow, get ready to sleep like you haven't had in years.

For years, the only Yogi brand tea I had ever consumed was their Chai Rooibos or the Blueberry Slim Life Green Tea, so this one, the Stress Relief Honey Lavender was a nice change of pace for me. I found the lavender flavor good, but a bit too mild for my taste. As for the honey, well, I usually add honey and lemon juice or lemon slices when I drink an herbal tea, so I did not notice the honey taste that was a natural part of the tea's composition. I look forward to drinking more of it, so I can get a better feel for the tea, but I did, indeed, find it relaxing.

Hands down best Tea in the world. Aroma is perfect. So many health benefits. The perfect combination to relax any time of the day. You can definitely send me more! I order all the time! Worth everything. Definitely 100 percent on smoothness! Can’t wait to buy again!

Love to find relaxing teas without clove/spice or acidic tastes (lemon). This has a pure lavender, honey flavor and is very calming. I've been buying it for almost a decade. Love.
