Keepers of the Earth: Native American Stories and Environmental Activities for Children

Actually, these canned questions do not fit this book as it has stories but also activities for children that are fabulous. I bought three and gave them to friends who have children........ this is a great book to teach about honoring Nature. There are also updates in publishing for this book.... however, this is the one I am convinced would draw families together if they did them together.

This is an 'oldy but goody' for a teacher/parent collection where the stories are spellbinding for the imagination, and the follow up activities bring us nearer to nature and understanding the great gifts that we have been bestowed to us by our mother earth.

Best Native Story book ever. Love it, has lesson plans and conversation topics this book is an amazing gift to a famiily for bed time.

This collection of short works surrounding all things in nature is amazing. I love just being able to pick it up and instantly find something to soothe my soul. Should be in everyone's library. Inspiring, moving, thoughtful works. Love it.

The book was in good condition, but not what I was looking for at all. It would have been helpful if I was allowed to look inside the book to see if there were illustrations, and how wordy this book was. I needed it for a story time and this is not that. I will not be buying a book again that I can't look inside to see at least a couple of pages and see what I'm buying.

I thought this book would have study questions like an older version I once had, but it is just the story.
