Our new favorite
Purchased three years ago. Original seeds are still germinating three years later so there are no germination complaints here (proper care and storage required). The best flavor, low acid tomatoes we have grown. Incredible pasta sauce base. Purchased the same variety elsewhere and those were bigger, but the flavor was not near as good and took a very long time to ripen on the vine. Heirloom so we donโt need to purchase again but we will if we somehow run out of seeds. No blight for us if thinned and pruned to prevent ground contact. Most varieties do get blight for us with the same care.

Great seeds.
Seeds very viable. Plant two seeds per hole. Planted 6 cells got 10 plants. Trans planted into solo cups and have them in the garden now. Putting on tomatoes.

Testing
I didn't have good luck with these seeds, it was probably something that I didn't do right.

BUYERS BEWARE!
THESE ARE MOST DEFINITELY NOT MORTGAGE LIFTER SEEDS. THE PLANTS ARE FAIRLY HEALTHY AND HAVE BEEN PROLIFIC FOR MANY TINY LITTLE TOMATOES THE SIZE OF GOLF BALLS. NO CHANCE OF CROSS POLLINATION AS THESE ARE THE ONLY TOMATO SEEDS I PLANTED THIS YEAR and these are seeds straight from the package, not seeds I saved. Clearly there was a MISTAKE IN LABELING that has cost me an entire season's tomato harvest to the tune of an expected harvest of a couple bushels of large beefy Mortgage Lifter tomatoes. BUYER BEWARE! Edit to add Caveat: while the germination rate is fantastic on these seeds and every seed I planted has germinated and is a healthy strong seedling for the 2024 season. BUT...

Slow growth
I planted seeds indoors over a month ago. The seeds germinated normally but have grown little since. I used organic soil, worm castings and give the proper amount of moisture and light. I moved into the greenhouse last week and they just wonโt thrive. They are still less than 4โ tall. Iโm going to root them this weekend in hopes of promoting growth.

Good seeds
They are all coming up. I ordered a bit late, but we normally can't set them out till mid May anyway. Mortgage lifter does have some funny shaped ones. But are so delicious!

Cant wait
This is a new variety I've never heard of....so don't really know what to expect past the description, but they sound really good. The seeds arrived healthy looking with no dust or trash. They looked like they are nice and fresh. I only have 3 in seed starters but all came up within 3 days 2 to a square. So far, they look to be growing well and not getting leggy...have a great color green. Can't wait to see what these turn into later.
