First off, shipping was quick. This 12 pack arrived as advertised in two separate small boxes inside a larger one. Six bottles in one and six in the other. Everyone is a little bit leery when ordering a product, especially medicine from an unknown company. However, this medicine exceeded expectations. I have severe TMJ problems from eight different car accidents. No, none were my fault but pain doesn't discriminate. This left jaw is also pressing against a nerve affecting my sinuses and left eye vision. I also have extreme pain from it. I had been on opiates for 10 years and it masked the pain somewhat. But the more I studied about opiates the more damage I saw it was doing to my organs. Especially my liver and kidneys. So I quit cold turkey Feb. 2018. I discovered by accident that another brand of these cough gels helped me not only with my severe cough I had last summer but removed the pain away from my jaw, nerve and sinuses were better. One would be thinking why doesn't he just get this situation attended to by a neurologist. I went to a neurologist and he had me scheduled for an MRI and possible nerve or some kind of brain surgery to lance the pain in the nerve. He gave me Tegretol to help with the pain. I took one tablet and after reading about the side affects, I stopped. I take Diazepam (Valium) and Gabapentin prescribed from my psychiatrist and it would have interfered with them. Another big factor on why I cancelled my MRI and follow up is because I take care of my mother who is 83 and we discovered one of her heart valves need replacing. Being the only family member (my siblings live up north) I deem her problem front and center over mine. Your mother has been with you through thick and thin so it's a son or daughter's time to step up to the plate. So this medication which is simply cough gels helps me immensely. I used to buy Robitussin religiously for my occasional cough fits due to colds or allergies! My one issue is they charge upwards of $5-$7 for a single bottle of 20 liquidgels! I thought that was going to add up quickly, as I get allergies approximately 2 times a year, going through roughly 2 bottles each time. Enter Robafen. Being able to buy the exact same medicine as Robitussin, at 25-50% of the price, was so relieving! I can buy 4-5 bottles of Robafen for what 2 bottles of Robitussin would cost me. Okay, I've talked enough about cost, but most of y'all are probably asking "But does it work?" Short answer-Yes! Long answer-Yes, because it's the exact same active ingredient as the name brand widely used in my area, and anywhere! No corners are cut, everything is present and accounted for! So, if you like to buy in bulk, and can't handle giant tablets for medicine intake, these babies are a god-send! Cheap, Effective, Not painful to administer dosage, AND, it works 6-8 hours each dose, so no cutbacks on effect time either!

I have occasional bouts of bronchitis and kept a brand name version of this item. This is a substantial cost savings with good results.

These help people suffering from several bronchial issues to severe miserable sinuses. Not only that it did help with pain as well as an added bonus. Medical studies have found in chronic pain suffers this can assist with relief yet caution is needed & common sense. If you lack common sense seek a professional such as pharmacist- doctors- nurses- maybe not random strangers... I suggest taking as directed vs screwing it up for the rest of the population by "tripping balls". Its allowed on the market until morons abuse it. Remember not to take this if you are going to drive if caught its dwi. If you are caught driving tired thats also a ticket btw.-Taking too much may cause vomiting too. So, id try not to over do it. So, maybe take as directed. It's not enjoyable to have to show I'd for allergy meds just because others screwed it up by finding a yet another way to abuse a medication. Hope this review helps. There are so many cold products that mix combinations of drugs, covering everything under the sun. I prefer to take separate medicines so that I treat only the symptoms I have. I don't like to take meds I don't need. If you know anything about coughs, you'll know Dextromethorphan is the best cough suppressant. Trouble is, its so hard to find this ingredient by itself. And most times I can only find it in the inconvenient and super messy bottles of liquid. These "Robutussin" liquidgels are amazing. 1) single ingredient - lets you precisely control dose and avoid unnecessary meds. 2) no messy bottles of liquid and rinsing caps - it's small easy to swallow gels. 3) best value - no need to pay premium pricing for the name brand drug. I got a 1 year 3 months lifespan on my shipment: Purchased: 12/2019 Expiration Date: 03/2021 Highly recommended!

They get the job done at a reasonable price. No use buying at local stores, assuming you could even find pure DXM capsules that aren't laced with all sorts of other meds you certainly don't want. Amazon is cheaper and you avoid the strange looks from people wondering why you are buying so many bottles at once. I liked the 3 I bought so much that I now have a 6-pack of them in transit. It's cheaper per unit to go with the 6-pack. They offer an 8-pack as well, though that oddly costs more per unit and is apparently made for folks who are really bad at math.

When I opened the bottle the gel caps were stuck together. Wasted a few trying to break them up and get them out of the bottle. Not worth the hassle
