This product seems to make a noticeable difference in how I feel the next day after drinking a small to moderate amount. While it's not going to save you if you binge drink, I have found that I can reliably have a few drinks and feel perfect the next day, as opposed to slightly gross. For my purposes, that's a significant improvement! I also suspect that taking one or two capsules before drinking makes it a lot easier to cut oneself off after a drink or two.
