Good stuff-works
This is a great product that has really helped my 13 year old Boxer regain his mobility after a spinal cord injury 4 years ago. (3 legs paralyzed) I did however, make a mistake ordering the one without MSM in it - yes it saves 10 bucks, but luckily I have MSM granules already - I don't think he'd be walking today if not for the MSM, as I had started using the MSM by itself before buying the Dasuquin tabs and it was after I added the pure MSM to his food that he started walking again. I bought the tabs a year and a half later when he was starting to get stiff and have trouble getting up off tile flooring. Dasuquin helped a lot with the stiffness and pain. Lots go great ingredients in this product- just do get some MSM too...

Good stuff and worth the money for bigger breeds.
We have a 120 lb, 8 year old boy. Still runs and plays and is living a great life. It's noticable if he misses a couple days of it.

My 11 yr old Boxer is still young and running!
Have been using this product for almost 2 years now for my older boxer dog. He is getting around like he did five years ago at 11 years old. The vet just commented the other day about how good his joints look at feel for a dog his age and breed. I started to use on advise from another dog owner who's dog suffered from horrible arthritis and was barely able to get around anymore before she started to use this. Her dog showed great improvement and was able to take walks again. My dog at the time had started to suffer from a stiff neck and was limping around when the pain was present every other week. This would last for several days at a time. SO i started him on this after talking to my vet and hoping that it was just a touch of arthritis. After a month or so I noticed that his episodes were further apart and only lasted about half a day or so before he was back to his old self again. Now after two years he doesn't have any issues with his neck for months at a time and still only last a few hours or so in the morning and after a good stretch and walk he is fine again. While I am not a vet or an animal health expert I can tell you that my dog's vet has been impressed with is joint health and his mobility for a boxer his age. I take him for daily walks of several miles and he still chases the critters in the back yard daily. I will continue to keep him on this product and enjoy our walks and his health.

These may or may not have helped...
I have a 9 year old chocolate lab. In early November, I took her to the vet because she was starting to get up more slowly and crackle a lot when she walked. The vet recommended this along with diet and exercise (she was apparently 10lbs overweight). This item arrived quickly and in new condition as described. I started at only one pill a day (because these are so expensive) for about 2-3 weeks and saw no results. I then went to the recommended two pills a day for 5 weeks, still no results. I went back down to one pill for about 4 weeks and still nothing. Somewhere in between the two and one pill a day, she got much worse. She would shake when she got up and limped around for hours after getting up (I would like to add this was late December- early January and very cold outside). I then read the bottle and it said you may continue the two pills a day after the initial period so I did. Within 2 weeks, she was better than before I took her to the vet! She is like a puppy again. I can hardly keep up with her energy and I am very happy she is not limping or seeming to be in pain anymore! I want to say these pills are great, but I have no proof it was only them that helped. I drastically increased exercise, cut down her food, she lost 10lbs and it has been a little warmer out. I could cut these out and see if it gets worse and it was the pills doing the magic, but she's doing so well I just can't do that.

Dog couldn't go upstairs before pill, now is pain free and running around again!
Our 6 year old Dalmation/Black Lab female was diagnosed with Hip Displaxia after she suddenly stopped going upstairs and jumping up onto the couch. The vet found no arthritis yet, but wanted us to put her on this vitamin to help prevent arthritis and to hopefully help her feel better. We followed the vitamin recommendations for dosage and after 3 months, she finally hopped up onto the couch again. About 2 weeks later, she came upstairs one morning and jumped up onto our bed! Our dog is completely back to normal! I can definitely tell a huge difference in her. Before she was always just laying down, not moving much, and now she is back to her normal hyper dog self. It is good to see that she is obviously pain free now. The vet had said that one of the properties in this vitamin has shown signs of pain relief, so it's obviously true! Hopefully it will also help prevent her hip displaxia from furthering into an arthritis. If you are worried about the cost, don't be. Surgery for hip displaxia will cost a lot more. Besides this vitamin, the only other thing we did was switch from keeping the dog dish full of food to feeding her meals and I think she's lost maybe a couple pounds (she wasn't too overweight to begin with, maybe only 5lbs over). We also put the trash cans in a cabinet so that she doesn't get into them anymore. But I think the credit really goes to this miracle vitamin which has made my dog happier and pain free and my wallet is much better without having to pay for pain meds and surgery for my dog!

Dog Joint Supplement That Works!!
Our 9 year old Golden Retriever, Jesse, had started having days where we could tell she was gimpy and sore after a day of playing or "rough housing" with us. Our vet recommended we put her on a supplement. The vet said to look for one that had the letters "ASU" in it. I found Dasuquin and started her on it. We noticed a difference almost immediately!! Jesse was jumping (with no real encouragement from us!) and playing like a puppy. That was a year and a half to two years ago and she is still romping around like crazy!! She will stay on this for the rest of her life!! She has a lot of white around her eyes and muzzle now, but if not for that, people would not be able to tell her age. On very, very rare days that she has had way more playing (like when our daughter and son in law bring their two dogs over and Jesse is playing hard to keep up with them), if she is a little sore, we can add one more pill to her daily one to help support her until the soreness subsides. If you love your dog and want to help keep them moving without pain, Dasuquin is an excellent product and well worth the money!!
