Screws seem too short, wont screw into my 1911. Can’t take the original screws off the original grip because there is a locking o-ring. 1911 auto ordi

Sometimes you can adjust the threaded posts on the frame of your pistol if not youre gonna have to buy longer screws. My RIA worked perfectly. Also make sure you got the right ones. Each barrel size has a different grip size
