Works. Looks good combined with smart switches
I got some of these switches because they look good/consistent next to the Lutron Caseta smart switches. I had 2 and 3 gang wall plates that included some smart switches. I did not want to replace ALL of the switches with smart switches, so I got some of these. They look great combined with the Lutron smart switches and Wall plates and are pretty easy to instal.

Snapped in half while installing
I have installed Leviton switches throughout my house but I figured for my family room I would install the Lutron as they seem nicer (to me at least). While installing the 3-way, I was tightening the screw on the hot wire and the switch snapped in half (the black housing in the back) rendering the switch useless. I have replaced all the switches in my house and not once did I run into this issue with any of the other Lutron or Leviton switches. With that being said, I will be sticking with Leviton. Lutron, while looking and feeling nicer than Leviton seems more fragile.

“Snap on electric lights?!” ~Sarah
I love Lutron switches.I’ve installed many of their brand before, but the 3-way are the worst. The 3-way switches honestly seem like knockoffs compared to their other switches.I’ve never had an issue installing their single pole switches. They seem like very high quality and durable switches, the plastic back casing of the 3-way switches will snap if you attempt to wire them.I ordered 3 of them to replace existing switches from another brand, 3 of them are already in the trash. I know switches are fragile, and I’m not being rough on them. Simply turning a terminal screw will make the case snap.I’m not sure if it’s a bad batch or how they’re designed, but I don’t really want to buy any more from them. The switches that were initially installed (from a different brand) that I was going to replace with these have lasted 25 years and still going great!UPDATED REVIEW:Ordered 3 more, I’m guessing it was either a bad batch or something with the switches. The new 3 went in and no problems with them at all, but I will say I treated the new ones like a very fragile piece of glass… so that’s maybe why I didn’t run into any problems.I originally had this item rated at 1 star, but I’ll move it up to a 4 star.

It’s ok and work once installed
It’s great when it’s usable. Not so great when it crumbles in my hand. It’ll break very easily. Not sure what happened. I was hand tightening the hot and neutral screws when I heard a crack and then a pop. The plastic broke and all the internal components of the switch spilled out. This happened to 2 switches out of 6.On the bright side, they work great once it’s installed. Careful not to break it. I definitely did not over tighten it. Glad that it’s not overly expensive like the $30 Lutron switches. Hopefully it won’t break during operation. That’ll be a nasty spark

Lutron is great; these switches are good for matching dimmers, and snap well
So far I've really liked every switch, dimmer, timer, etc. that I've gotten by Lutron. I know an electrician that swears by the brand. And if you have a bank of switches, one of which you want to turn into a dimmer using this style of dimmer (big rocker with little dimmer lever setting next to it), the easiest way to do this is to add the dimmer and some of these matching form factor switches, then get an appropriate-sized faceplate. These switches are easy to install, built solidly, and have a clean and defined snapping action when pressing them. My only complaint might be that the snap action is a little too good, and so switching them on and off makes a fairly loud "clack" noise. From experience, I know this sound softens out over the years, but it's pretty defined when they are brand new.

Easy to Install, Look Great, but Switch Use Direction is Weird
These are easy to install and look great as I get my home ready to sell. The only thing is the direction of the how you use the switch is weird to me. To turn the light on, you push in the bottom of the switch - meaning when the lights are on the top of the toggle is sticking out. This may just be a user preference, but I would prefer to hit the top of the toggle to turn the light on as it makes more sense to me. This can be remedied by removing the toggle plate and switching the position, but then the Lutron logo is upside down. As other reviewers said, the switch makes a nice click when it turns on/off and I like that. One other thing to mention is that my switch boxes are pretty small and full of wires bc this is an old house, so it was difficult for me to make everything fit but that's just unique to my house.

Don't back wire, enjoy the tactile click
I like these much better than the Leviton switches at Home Depot. Unlike the one reviewer here who thinks the loud click doesn't belong in a high end home, I disagree. They feel more substantial and more satisfying. Kind of like a mechanical keyboard, it just feels better to press. I deduct one star because like others have mentioned, you will break the switch if you back wired and try to stick a screwdriver in the switch to release the clamp. The plastic will shatter. As a result I don't back wire these switches anymore.

Worth it... you get what you pay for.
Re-outfitted my entire home with Lutron outlets, switches, and faceplates. You can really tell the difference in quality between Lutron and other brands. They might be more expensive, but the solid feel and quality of materials makes them totally worth it.

No front cover plat
There are no front cover plates to purchase in the same colour

I'll continue to buy these as my other switches kick the bucket.
Replaced a bad Hubble switch that had got stuck/spongy. This is a straight forward design that provides a firm positive and tactile click when switched on and off. It's a little noisy in operation (the firm click is definitely very audible) so you may want to avoid this model if you're particularly bothered by "noisy" switches, personally I actually prefer it.Overall very fair quality for the money and the shade of white matches all of the other switches just fine so don't worry if you're only replacing one switch in a multi gang box that it'll stand out.

Noticeable Click
The built quality is pretty nice and solid. The product I received is the white version, which it was and will match most white switch light cover. There is an audible click when using the switch. This may not be in favour for some people, but I don't seem to mind it as it's not too loud. Installation was easy and straightforward. There was an optional ground connection on the switch in case your electrical box is not grounded.

Bonne qualité
Leurs produits sont en général très bien et faciles à installer avec un peu de débrouillardise.

No problems - nice bright white colour
No problems - nice bright white colour. Seems to be of good quality. Is from Lutron's "Claro" line. Switch is not super quiet if you care about that. Pricing could be a little better for a simple 3-way switch - hopefully it lasts a really long time.
