### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ good grip

This is a very good grip for crossfits. THe carbon surface helps a lot when you on the bar. The only thing is about the thickness. I prefer to use a fold when I do pull-up movements. The grip turns a bit thick to me when I fold them at the bar. Since I just use this for 3 4 times, I guess I will feel better as I get used to them.

I’d give them 5 stars but the flap came apart after only a few months of use. I probably use them two times a week. I love the grip just disappointed in them falling apart so fast.
  

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good grips for CrossFit

I thought this grip was too small at first, but ended up stretching and is a good length now. I found that wetting the side that touches the palm of your hand helps with gripping a slippery pull-up bar. Overall, I thoroughly enjoy these grips and use them over my Bear Komplex leather grips. I will most likely get another pair once my current ones are at the end of their life.
