Excellent panties for abdominal incisions after a gastric sleeve surgery!!! So soft and comfortable! Had i not had these on hand after surgery, I wouldn't have anything to wear. I could pull these up and position them anywhere over my incisions and they were fine. I washed them 2x and they are fine. Washer and dryer. I wear a size 18 women's and the size chart was right on. I'll update when I can look to see what size I got. Highly recommend these, Ladies!

After having my baby, going home from the hospital, I could not wear my regular underwear. (I had a c section) I found these were the only comfortable ones during recovery. Super stretchy and fit perfect!

I have used this disposable underwear since being given to me in the hospital after cancer surgery. They are so comfortable,I just prefer them to my presurgical underwear.

It was good and served its purpose.

Sized up from size chart, was still too small. Don't know if biggest size would fit even. Measuring 36" after endometriosis excision and hysterectomy.. Update: After several weeks of healing, these have become more comfortable to wear. More than another brand and the larger regular underwear I bought, so they're currently my go to. The seller offered a full refund after seeing my original one star review, but since I eventually have been able to use them, I don't feel right accepting. I do highly recommend going up in size. The beginning weeks of healing was rough with only the hospital pair feeling comfortable or nothing at all, but now I'm wearing these a bit more comfortably and they're holding up well in the wash. I do wish I got the largest size, but they've been doing the job well enough that I didn't buy a third brand to try. Also, a note on the reviews saying these aren't absorbent. They're not sold as absorbent, nor are they meant to me. They're supposed to be super light and stretchy. You can use it with a pad if need be.

These are too small. I am usually a small, but I bought a large/extra large. They were too small and cut into my leg - they do not stretch down. They also do not come up over or at your waist. I would not buy again.

Use these because I can not tolerate elastic waists with back problems. Ordered 2XL based on reviews saying size up and they are way too big for me. I wear size 12 pants. Size chart may have changed. Can't return since I wore one. Be sure to look at size carefully before wearing. Have tried other brands too and none of them are durable for long. Hand washing is essential. Pads don't stick to any of them and pull center seam apart so I don't remove center part of plastic strip from pad and that helps. Just bought a size down because these did seem to last a ittle longer than next choice brand brand.

These were amazingly comfortable after my surgery.

If you are healing from surgery or any other issue, these are great. They last quite a long time and can handle a few machine washes. you can easily fit a pad inside for nightime. They are excellent and a great price. I will purchase them again.

I am really happy with the quality of the product. It is a little bit expensive but it is helpful after delivery.
