Perfect results every time with these Kapton sheets
Excellent product in every way. I used the wet application method and got my first sheet on perfect, lightly heated my bed to dry it and no bubbles at all. Since then I've printed almost 50 parts and it's still perfect. I give it a light wipe with acetone and run my prints, great adhesion and they pop off well after the bed cools. I got 2 packs so I have a long time before I'm going to need more but I'll be coming back to buy them here.Excellent product here.EDIT NOV/23/16: Ok, I finally wrecked the FIRST sheet I installed back in May. Yup, my first sheet lasted 7 months and I've done a lot of printing. I didn't count but I can assure I've run nearly 200 prints and I finally had to change out. Had I not been harsh with it, and if I had watched my bed temp settings a bit closer I would have been using this first sheet even longer. I ran a 13 hour ABS print yesterday, I didn't change my HBP setting down from 110c, I usually stay around 90c and then I left it on the build plate overnight. When I removed the part in the morning it pulled the tape up at the corners of the print and made a few bubbles I didn't like, totally my fault. My point here is simple, this kapton sheet is excellent. I don't expect to get this long out of every sheet I install but it certainly performs much much better than I ever thought it would.

Product is fine, solution to my problem it is not
I gave this 3 stasr because I think it was as advertised. I didn't give it more stars because it didn't solve my problem, maybe not the product's fault. I have a Davinci 2.0 3D printer. A common problem with 3D printers is that the object being printed won't stick to the printer platform. The common fix is to coat the platform with "UHU-Glue". This works, but, is messy. After printing, you have to scrape or otherwise remove the excess glue and prepare for the next printing. Others, more experienced than me, have suggested Kapton tape as an alternative to glue.I think it may depend upon which printer and printer s/w you have. I ordered this tape because:It seemed thicker than others offered for sale, 2 mm vs 1 mm.The cost was less - I didn't want to spend too much on something that may not work.It came very quickly. Interestingly, when I received these sheets, it wasn't obvious that there was a "release" sheet. It just looks like a single sheet of whatever the material is. But, there IS a release sheet and I used a single edge blade to find it! I measured my object platform and determined that I should cut down the material in length but leave the width the same (for my printer). I did this and installed. Some have reported difficulty in attaching, but, I did not. Just go slowly to avoid wrinkles and bubbles. With this Kapton on, I tried my first print. It was a disaster! It was clear early that one or more edges were not adhering. At least, that suggested that the object would be "warped". In the middle of the print, the object came completely "unstuck" from the platform and all I ended up with was a "ratsnest" of filament on top of an uncompleted object. You can tell if the object is adhering or not by looking at the base. If the base is real "shiny", the object did not adhere to the platform. So, after only a single test, I "punted". Looking online, I see that platform "temperature" could be an issue. But, I can't adjust this. Other adhesion problems were apparently overcome by using "blue painter's tape" or by using "hair spray". I decided to remove the Kapton and replace it with the painter's tape for the next trial. At the build conclusion, I had to remove the blue tape to get the object off so there's extra work replacing the tape every time. Hair spray did not work either. So, I'm staying with glue for now.To it's credit, this Kapton product came off "easily". Others have reported difficulties removing Kapton, i.e., shredding. In conclusion, I think this product is what is says. It's just whether or not it works for you in your application. I won't be returning this.

install was easy on PowerSpec Ultra 3D, I am getting great adhesion with ABS and PLA.

will be buying again.
good thick kapton. I still have to trim to fit my printer bed, but that's not so bad as it lasts a fair long time between replacements.
