Good value and the light...while not overly bright is very pleasant. I use them on a dimmer and they work great.A 2 1/8” hole saw is needed which was not in either of my sets so I had to buy a blade. I installed in 1/4” plywood..any thicker and you might have to do additional work to clear the wiring as it does not come out of the back.

I bought these for a teardrop type trailer I built. These look fantastic against the white ceiling and baltic birch sides. Unlike most LED lights that have the ghastly blue white look, these give off a warm and cozy vibe. I just ordered another set to replace my ancient ceiling bulbs in my 95 Nissan Pathfinder. I plan on removing the old inefficient bulbs behind the drivers seat and in the cargo area, drill a 2" hole in the lens, paint it black, and solder the wires to the positive and negatives where the bulbs were and install. Now I can still use the stock OE switch to turn on and off.Just a heads up- white lead is negative and black lead is positive. Not sure why they did that, must be an RV thing.

Very happy with the light output.Installed in kitchen cabinets and they are less harsh than the 20 watt halogens they replaced and generate little or no heat.(the halogens were scary hot).Was so happy I purchased 10 more and replaced the old dim fluorescent lights in my RV with them.Got these for less money than replacing the bulbs in just one fluorescent( light and I had 3).easy install with a 2 inch hole saw and crimp on connectors.

My first ever review. I am real, and you can trust this review. I just installed these lights a few days ago in a class C RV. I am very pleased with the light, it's soft and not too bright.......but I did expect them to be a little brighter. I'm not disappointed by any means, but I did end up using more than I expected. After several hours of them being on, they are warm to the touch, but none of them ever get hot at all. I was worried from reading other reviews about some of the led lights getting hot enough to start fires, but none of the the ten I installed worry me at all.I made a video of the installation on youtube. I cannot say enough about these lights. We purchased these to light our off-grid cabin. Originally, we weren't sure if we might have to upgrade from a 12vdc to a 24 vdc system, so we rigged up a system where we could easily switch from parallel to series (or series-parallel) if we went to 24vdc. I can tell you this: the 10 we have light the cabin up in ways that I did not anticipate. They are bright, and ridiculously efficient, to the point I would heartily recommend them for off-grid lighting purposes.I uploaded an image of our kitchen, illuminated by six of the lights: overkill, because they are so bright.

Great lights. I installed these in our travel trailer, replacing two non-dimmable LED lights, over our bed in conjunction with a "12 Volt DC Dimmer for LED, Halogen, Incandescent - RV, Auto, Truck, Marine, and Strip Lighting - STANDARD SHAFT - BLACK" purchased on Amazon. These lights work and look great and adjust perfectly with the dimmer. A definite lighting improvement.

These are awesome! We used them in our van conversion as our under cabinet lights, and we even replaced the 120v lights with these and glued them into the fixtures, you can't even tell!Only thing is to remember that the black and white wires are opposite what positive and negative normally are!

When used with a dinner, this item didn't dim.
