I have been a fan of Akira Toriyama and Dr Slump ever since I saw the characters make a cameo in one of his Dragonball comics. I have been waiting a very long time for this book to be released, and I was not disappointed. Like his other works, Dr Slump is humourous and made me laugh on more than one occasion. Although not specifically saying anything rude, some of the implied jokes are hilarious, and will always cheer you up on a rainy day. A slight flaw was that some of the characters werent developed enough as they have been in some of Toriyama's other works, but it otherwise makes an enjoyable read. It's well worth the money for any fans of Akira Toriyama, or manga fans in general.

DR Slump is like the best comic ever!!!!! The adventures of Arale the wee robot lassie are hilarious rotflol hilarious!!!Like!!!!!you know!!!!The best characters though are the wee poos, they are so cute!!!!!I want one as a pet!!!!as my friend!!!!I'm so lonely....Gatchan is adorable. This is a must read comic!!!!!So read it!!!!

Enjoyable enough, but not in the same league as Dragonball. Some elements are a little cringe worthy to me now (2013, England), but given that this was writen in early 1980s Japan that is a given really.
