Iasa Peperoncino Piccante Hot Red Peppers in Olive Oil 100 Gr Jar

Very tasty condiment for soup, sandwiches, rice and meat

Some Like it Hot, like I do. Excellent chili with 100% Olive Oil. Most others use cheaper oils.

This is my new go to item for all my pasta dishes. I had never heard of them until I watched wall of chefs on Hulu and I wish I had known sooner! The peppers add a different heat level than the oil from the jar, it definitely has a kick but it doesn’t overpower other flavors

Wow...nope...it's rather beyond "warmth" into outright blazin' but, that said, that's it what you're buying here...and note it is the oil that is really hot...use just a 1/4TEAspoon in whatever you're prepping and work up from there...I used it on some insta-pot lima beans and had to work off a bit of the oil slick on top to bring it down to a comfortable/interesting tang rather than a full blown colon cleanse.

Meh! so so on the flavor.

If you’ve ever had Nduja, the spreadable Calabrian salami, and then got a hankering to make it, you need these authentic little hot chiles in your pantry. It’s not super easy to find authentic ones here in the states, but these are the real McCoy, and there’s plenty in this jar for a good sized batch of sausage.

Excellent peperoncino oil, exactly as I've used in Italy. Fresh, flavorful hot peppers in olive oil. Absolutely delicious. Fresh cut peppers, not dried peppers! The olive oil turns beautifully red from the peppers, and every time it is used it should be topped up with more premium olive oil and kept in a cool place or the refrigerator. Lasts for months this way.
