You have to string the little cut outs (made of durable felt) which gives you the chance to pattern them as you please. We did one on the cake table and another on the food table. Would definitely buy again. I wish I would've ordered two I was not expecting to love them so much when they arrived, and I ran out of time. The cactus garland by was one of my favorites from this batch, and I kept everything after the part to use again it was so much fun!
