My favorite annotating pens!
Best fine print pen without that skritchy scratchy sound/texture. I love using these to annotate my books. Next time will buy all black pack.

Best pens
Write well. The best option for an affordable pen that writes nicely.

The Best!
I was hooked to tumi pens for more than a decade then a coworker gave me one of this and now I’m hooked to them. I would like to write just because of these pens.

Love, but not sold.
CONTEXTWhen I left my last job to start a new one, I bought all new office items. I am very particular about my stuff, so rather than be supplied by the actual office I chose to buy my own things. I love and feel like I write best with fine point pens and we all know Japanese pens are superior. When I found these, they were a steal, so I had to get them.PROS- Not that it really matters, but I do like the unique look of the pens!- They write beautifully!!!CONS- Only after using one of the pens for a few weeks it began to die out on me! I checked the ink barrel and there was still a lot of ink to be had. I did all the tricks I learned as a kid, like slapping the pen against my hand. Blowing into the barrel, etcetera, to get the ink flowing smoothly again. And while the tricks worked in the interim, they did not work in the long term.OVERALLI have not used all of the pens and the one pen that was dying out on me may just be a dud. I still love these pens and recommend them! If anything changes, I'll update this review!

BEST EVER You won't be sorry
See the smear test. I wrote the name of the pen - blew on the writing one time quickly and you can see the results. I have a thing, obviously for all kinds of writing implements. This 0.35mm hits the spot for my daytimer. Three different colors and a good price point. Check out the ANGOO pencil cases.

Sharp, thin, and writes very smoothly.
These pens are probably the best 0.4 pens I have used. They are thin but very clear, not scratchy at all. They run very smoothly on paper with an adequate ink flow. The only downside is that they look somewhat cheap compared to Pilot and Pentel.I use these pens to correct test papers for my students and to write notes and remarks for them. This job needs thin-lined pens of different colors.

Excellent value and performance
I love fine print pens, and have used the Muji ones before. These 0.35 point gel ink pens have excellent quality and I was very surprised to see what they delivered for the price I paid! Also, I like how these pens are smooth to write with and perfectly show my small handwriting.

Very fine line, but unreliable.
These start out well, but after a few weeks half of them seem to go dry. This could be because of how fine the line is. I got a pack of the .35 pens which, for reference purposes, are about the same as a Rapidograph or Staedler 00 nib. I've used the .35 Sakura Micron 03 (a fine felt tip pen with permanent ink) in the past. I decided to try these pens because they are Roller Ball style instead of marker. The ones that do work write very nicely. But it's definitely a mixed bag.
