This version does not come with a Ground Cue. **Q: Will this ladder be well packed/protected to prevent damage as this is an expensive ladder purchase.** A: Actually we had to return the first one due to a damaged bent rung. That one barely had 3’ of a box on the top end. The second delivery was much better and it had cardboard on both ends and was much better delivered. The ladder is great. Delivery was by 2 People so it is an outside delivery company. **Q: Why is 28 ft.
