Very high quality. Love it. It''s exactly what I needed and couldn't find at Lowe's, Menard's or Home Depot.But when it arrived today, it was filthy. The entire ladder was covered in black grime from top to bottom that appears to have been accumulating over a long period of time. Photo attached.It's a ladder. I expect it to get dirty and banged up over time. AFTER I buy it. I can't even use this thing inside a house until I clean all the greasy, black grime off.
