Nice book with great pictures ! Good gift for your friends

This was for a gift to a 9 year old who is very interested in architecture throughout the world. The pictures are fantastic, and the brief information is very well blocked on the page. More in-depth history of each building is of good length and interesting. Great for youth thru adult. Beautiful book.

My 7 year old is fascinated by skyscrapers. This book arrived quick. I didn’t realize that it was such a big book and really love that it is for the effect of the pictures. It has great illustrations and stats on each building. It’s a hardcover book and visually stimulating due to the size of the pages and buildings on them. My son loves this book! We read this book with him before bedtime as well. I would recommend this book for adults as well as children interested in buildings. Definitely worth the price and smiles.

I purchased this book for my 8 year old son who is obsessed with the tallest structures in the world. The pictures are beautiful and the information interesting. Some of the content is probably too verbose and written with vocabulary fit for a more mature reader. I found a few typos, which I found surprising, but it is still a great read. The size of the book is so big, we have a hard time just sitting on the couch reading it. It is definitely easer to read while sitting at a table.
