Quality and finish are really good. Looks beautiful and exciting. I tried the mugdar swing first time in my life and it really feels very good, 'mood uplifting' exercise. It's a versatile exercise, as It provides good upper body based cardio, induces deep and balanced breathing naturally, and builds strength. Doing this has removed my long-standing shoulder issues - aches and imbalance. You feel more energetic and uplifted after swinging mugdar in proper way. Adding this little thing now makes my gym weight training feels more in control. The weight of the one I got is about 3.4 kg. Which is ok since exact weight is only a piece of info that our mind understands not our body. We need the weight range that feels useful for the body. This 3-3.5 kg weight of Mugdar is good enough for beyond beginners also.

Guys, it's a genuine review. I had booked some other brands mugdar which was costly and not had that great reviews. One of my friend who uses mugdar from Simran sports suggested me same. I bought this one and it's a very good one. The balance, the weight and the grip is perfect. The product is nicely finished and I didn't find any crack. I am using it almost daily and it's just amazing..

I gave 4 starts for the product. 1 star less for 2 reasons. 1. The hand gripping area diameter is big as compared to my palm. The seller and manufacturer should provide customization for different palm sizes. 2. The materal of wood is written sheesham wood. But i have less knowledge of woods, so cannot recognize sheesham. The quality and performance of wood will be judged across usage with passage of time. Overall 4 stars for product design, balance, sturdiness, asthetics, and newness. Quality seems good. No defects noted on the product. Weight is also approximate. Good packaging done. A note for new users. This product is very effective for workout, but balancing the weight could be tricky for new users. Do not go for heavy weight at first time. Use and practise light weight. When you get used to, then go for heavy weight. Starting with 2kg or 3kg will be good for first time users.

Very good quality. Mine didn't have any ugly stickers. Wood was completely dry. It was 4.5 KG when arrived. Stayed that much since. The handle is on the thicker side. Very heavy for beginners. Beginners can go for lesser weight. Well balanced. Great for shoulder workout. Durable. Using since 3 months.

Product is overall good. Ordered 7kg , actual weight was 6.74 kg on scale which i dont mind. But this comes with a 1 feet x 4inch wide sticker on it. When removed it leaves white residue all over the product. This looks ugly. . Either use a better quality sticker or dont use a sticker at all Edit : 10 months later, now weight is only 4.5 kg and it has developed cracks

Great quality

I ordered the 5Kg Mugdhar which is perfect for beginners (Adults). The build quality of the mugdhar is very premium. Handle is nice. The packaging was also very good. When I measured the weight of the Mugdhar it was around 5.65 Kg, which is good. The higher weight might be due to moisture. Overall I am quite satisfied with the product and will recommend everyone to go for it. Jai Bajrangbali 🙏
