I had previously bought a different silicone set and I was so disappointed. I had very high hopes for these. Perfect size. Perfect weight. I put them in and I was a little disappointed because they didn't really move enough for me to even feel them. I was walking around the house getting ready for work and didn't feel much. Well I finally get to work and BAM!! I started feeling EVERYTHING!! At home we have carpet but at work it is majority concrete flooring and stairs. I work in a kitchen for a long term care facility for veterans. Let me tell you what, I was having a GREAT day ;) and then my day was getting a little too great so I had to take one of them out. I couldn't last 8 hours with both in. Not yet at least. Still had a great day with one in!! I think these will be a very regular accessorie of mine for now on. I got these because my husband told me I was loose and ugly and he hated being intimate with me, It hurt a lot but I wanted to make him want me. when I first started using I felt a bit of a cramp in my lower abdomen but I was over enthusiastic and did too much at once, there is no quick fix, lol well after a couple of months of daily training I also downloaded a free app to help me with timing while doing kegals because I either count too fast or too slow and when I finished the session using the app I went about my evening as normal until the time was up, I increased the time I held them in every week, only taking weekends off because I take weekends off the gym as well... yes logic haha. I'm definitely tighter getting a divorce and my new guy thought I felt like a virgin our first time.....
